- Project Evaluation to confirm financial viability and required entitlements.
- Project Structure which includes development of project plan and goals, as well as creating master budget and schedule.
- Site Constructability Reviews to compare site costs on a building square foot basis for pro forma evaluation.
- Design & Construction Team Solicitation, Evaluation and Selection which includes both qualifications-based or cost-competitive proposals as well as developing RFP criteria to evaluate & recommend the design & contractor team for the project.
- Permits and Utility Approvals Procurement - create a realistic schedule, maintain consistent communication with the project team and agencies to facilitate schedule requirements.
- Management of Project Team to maintain budget and schedule to ensure time and cost control is achieved with early planning and collaborative management of design phase.
